Her passion lies in the pediatric clinic setting, where she has devoted most of her career. Michelle has collaborated closely with pediatric occupational and physical therapists, incorporating techniques for sensory regulation and positioning, and has expanded her skills through continuing education in sensory processing and Introduction to Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT). In addition to her clinical work, she has held leadership roles, most recently serving as Clinical Manager for a pediatric clinic. She enjoys mentoring fellow speech‑language pathologists, supervising graduate students, and guiding clinicians through their Clinical Fellowship Year—valuing the opportunity to share her experience while learning from the fresh perspectives of newer clinicians. Inspired by a lifelong desire to help people and make meaningful changes in their lives, Michelle is thrilled to fulfill her goal of opening Pediatric Connections. Her vision is for every family to feel supported, connected, and actively engaged in the process, while children grow with confidence, strengthen communication, and build lasting relationships.
