Pediatric Connections is happy to offer a free 15‑minute consultation regarding speech/language or feeding concerns. This time allows us to get to know each other, explore whether we’re a good fit for your family, and answer any questions you may have. It also gives you the chance to see our clinic space and learn more about what we offer.
For your privacy, please do not include any medical details or information about your child’s health in this form. We’ll gather any additional information during a private conversation when we schedule your consultation.

We are located in the Fuquay Works Building. You can park behind the building in either of the lots and enter through that door. Suite 103 will be through the doors and up the 3 steps to the right. Pediatric Connections will be straight ahead. Parking is also available on the street or in the public parking lot across from the building.
